Q: How do I place my order?

A: That's easy. Just click the Get Started button or click here. If you prefer, chat with us now or call us at 1-877-6-CANVAS (1-877-622-6827) during our normal business hours (Monday – Friday: 6AM to 6PM PST, Saturday - Sunday: 8AM to 4PM PST.) and we'll walk you through the process. We can even give you design advice so you can be sure to create a canvas that complements the room of your choosing.

Q: How long will it take to get my canvas?

A: We'll prepare, print and produce your canvas masterpiece in just 2 business days (for orders placed before 5 PM PST). Please allow one additional processing day for orders with a floating frame. Then it's just a question of shipping time. But we offer lots of shipping options, so there's no need to worry. Our standard shipping will take only 3 to 5 business days to reach you anywhere in the continental United States. We also offer 2nd Day and overnight service for an additional charge.

Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?

A: Sure do. From Australia to Zanzibar, we'll get your order to you, with your custom canvas in perfect shape.

Q: Do you offer discounts?

A: Yes, from time to time. You may be required to enter a promo code at checkout to receive your discount. Please check our home page to see if we are currently running a special.

Q: I've already ordered my canvas. How do I know when it will arrive?

A: We make it easy to track your order. Just click here for details.

Q: I want to give a canvas as a gift. Is the price paid included in the shipment?

A: No, the price paid will not be included. To give as a gift, just specify the recipient's address in the shipping details at checkout.

Q: What kinds of images can I use to create my canvas prints?

A: We make it easy to upload any JPEG, JPG, PNG, TIF, TIFF, HEIC or GIF image from your computer. (That's the format taken by virtually all digital cameras.) Plus, you can import photos from Google Photos, Facebook, Instagram, Dropbox and Google Drive.

Q: How do I know if the photo I want to use is high-quality enough?

A: No worries. We'll tell you. When you upload your photo, we'll let you know if it's of sufficient quality. Most photos are.

Q: What if my photo isn't perfect?

A: No worries. We assign a designer to your canvas the moment we receive your order. That designer is responsible for producing a canvas that is guaranteed to satisfy even the most discerning tastes, so he or she will spend whatever time is needed to make your image the best it can possibly be. Q: Can I make my own changes to my photo?

A: Sure, we offer a number of opportunities to modify your photo. And you'll see the results right on screen before you place your order! You can rotate your photo, and crop it any way you like. Even make a color photo into a grayscale image or sepia for a vintage look.

Q: How do I know if my photo will be large enough to wrap onto the edges of my canvas?

A: No worries. Unlike other canvas sites, we actually show you exactly where your photo goes and what parts of it wrap onto the edges. So you'll see it all in real time!

Q: What if I have more than one picture I want to use?

A: No problem. We have lots of multi-photo layouts to choose from. And unlike most other sites, you can do all of this at no extra charge!

Q: Can you scan a picture for me?

A: Sorry, but we do not offer this service at this time.

Canvas Products

Q: What sizes do the canvases come in?

A: We offer a wide variety of standard sizes in portrait, landscape, square and panoramic canvases.

Q: What will appear on the edges of my canvas?

A: That's entirely up to you. You can choose to have your photograph wrapped onto the edges: a museum style. Or you can specify a color for the edges.

Q: Are your canvases eco-friendly?

A: Yes, absolutely. We use latex inks to provide rich and impressive color that's also virtually odor-free, making our canvases perfect for any sensitive indoor environment, from your family room to your baby's nursery.

Q: How long will my canvas last?

A: We offer a lifetime guarantee against warping, cracking and defective workmanship. If you're not satisfied, just ship your canvas back to us, and we'll replace it free of charge. We'll even ship your new canvas to you absolutely free!

Q: How do I hang my canvas when I get it?

A: All of our canvases include one or more pieces of hardware sufficient to support the weight of your canvas on any wall. We install sawtooth bracket(s) on the back of your canvas for you, so all you do is hammer your nail(s) into the wall.

Q: Can I frame my canvas?

Our "Floating" Frame is an optional external wood frame that gives your artwork an extra special touch. The term "floating" refers to a ¼" gap between the frame and the canvas face. Frame or no frame, all of our canvases are stretched and ready to hang with no assembly required.

To add that special designer finish, our floating frames are the perfect choice. With a ¼" gap between our high-quality wood frame and your beautiful canvas print, artwork will appear to "float" within its border – making it even more of an artistic standout on your wall! Ordering canvas frames is as easy as checking the box after creating your canvas and then, as always, your prints will arrive ready to hang and on your doorstep within days. Q: Is there anywhere I shouldn't hang my canvas?

A: Your canvas should be hung indoors only. While we treat your canvas with a special protective coating to safeguard against cracking, fading and other sorts of damage, no artwork should ever be hung in direct sunlight or in high-humidity areas such as a small bathroom.

Q: Can I clean my canvas?

A: Sure. Just use a feather duster.


Q: What is your Return/Refund Policy?

A: We want you to be 100% happy with your CanvasWorld experience. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, you can return unused product within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or refund, subject to the exceptions found under our Returns/Refunds policy.

A: No problem. Just email us or chat with us now.

Q: How many promo codes or vouchers can I use at a time?

A: You may use one promo code or one voucher purchase per transaction. We're sorry but discount offers cannot be combined. However, if you forget to enter your code or voucher during checkout, don't worry! Just contact us and we will add any valid code to your order and credit you the difference! Please note - unless otherwise stated, any promo code discount replaces any site wide discount. Sale amounts are not added together.
